By taking out one of our hosting plans, you automatically accept that you have read and understood this document.

Well, we don't really ask for a lot. But if you do break the terms of service your account will be suspended / deleted depending on offence.

1) You will not host any child pornography. your account will be deleted and you will have your contact name/number forwarded to the police for further investigation

2) Hosting adult content is not allowed on our servers. Your account will be deleted.

3) Hosting any illegail software is also not allowed, you can host software as long as you hold a valid copyright and or you have made the software yourself or by a friend.

4) Hosting Music. You are allowed to host music, only if you have a valid copyright to the track your hosting.

5) Any special offers. Special offers that state that you can have more than one account, do not come with an extra domain name. so if you buy our RED plan on a buy one get one free special. you will only receive one domain name. you can have the other account with your own domain name if you wish.

6) Billing will take place on the 3rd of every month. If you dont pay your invoice within 30 days of receiving it, your account will be suspended. then if no more payment after the first suspended month, your account will be removed, untill further payment when it will be put back online.

7) Mysql accounts. There is only 1 mysql database per account. please dont use more than 1 database per account. your hosting account will be removed.

8) Payments non related to website hosting. Please can you make the payments within 30 days of the invoice. If not you will be taken to court to chase the payments. If you are unhappy with the service we have provided. Please tell us when you receive your invoice. we are only to happy to help.
