Q. Why aren't my emails sending/Receiving?

A. Check that your connected to the internet, if not. please connect and press send/receive

A. Make sure you have the correct POP3/SMTP settings installed. Pop3 = mail.dd-it.co.uk SMTP = smtp.dd-it.co.uk
A. Have you got the correct Username/Password?
A. Have you sent yourself a test email from the webmail?

Q. Why can't i log onto the FTP site?

A. We regually restart the FTP servers due to hack attempts. Dont worry, your website will still stay online during the downtime, as they are stored on another server.
